Our Vision

Dr. Aditya Parekh (Johns Hopkins, IIT Kgp, TIFR, Fulbright Fellow)

NaviClar is built on lived experience. As a PhD graduate from IIT Kharagpur and a Fulbright Fellow at Johns Hopkins, Aditya knows firsthand that even the most credentialed career paths are rarely straightforward. His own transitions — and the gaps he encountered despite access to elite institutions — made the need for a structured navigation platform undeniable.

Over 15 years, Aditya has worked as a researcher, educator, consultant, and program leader at IIT KGP, NCBS (TIFR), Anant National University, IndiaBioscience, and the echo network. As lead organiser of the National Postdoctoral Symposium and co-manager of the Young Investigator Meeting, he saw what structured mentorship could unlock — and how rarely students got access to it. Conversations with hundreds of students across 15+ institutions confirmed a consistent truth: what changes careers isn't another course or job board — it's the right access, at the right moment. NaviClar is the platform he wished had existed. He's been building it full-time, with personal conviction, because he knows exactly what it costs when it doesn't.
